Domestic Violence Education & Support

Domestic Violence is a public health matter. The H3P Initiative is a partnership between Henderson-Hughes Health Partners (H3P) and A Better Way Ministry, Inc. designed to educate and support people who are and have experienced domestic violence. This is done through workshops and events.

Sexual Health Education

T.E.A.S.E. (Teens Educated Against Sexual Endeavors) was developed to reduce pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases among teens. The use of photos and discussion is used to improve teen sexual health knowledge. 

H3P Senior Initiative is designed for seniors to reduce the rate of sexually transmitted disease among seniors. In addition the H3P Senior Initiative helps to encourage seniors to get necessary medical information and assistance, while becoming self-sufficient in taking care of their overall health care needs.

Y.O.U.N.G. (Young parents Observing Understanding Nurturing Grandchildren) is designed to help grandparents navigate the foster care system.

School Supply Giveaways

Started in 2015, H3P gives school supplies to students in need in the month of July.

H3P Period Pouches

Started in 2015, the H3P Period Pouches provide healthy pads to girls and women in need.

Homeless Outreach

Started in 2015, H3P began outreach services with the women, family and men homeless shelters in the City of Mesa.
